Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union Announces New President/CEO

(March 6, 2017) – Member owned Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union recently announced David Rautiola as its new President/CEO. David is a local community member with nine years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a Michigan Technological University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. David has been the Director of Operations at the credit union for the past seven months. Prior to joining the credit union, he held the roles of Credit Analyst, Loan Operations Manager, and Project Manager at Superior National Bank and Trust Company.

Retiring President/CEO Duane Aho stated “David has proven himself to be a strong leader and is well suited to move the credit union forward into the future.” Board of Directors Chair Mark Van Tassel stated “The board has been very impressed with David’s abilities and what has been accomplished since he joined the credit union.”

“I am very excited and honored to have been selected to lead the Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union,” Rautiola said. “The future for the credit union is a bright one. As employees of a member owned, non-profit financial institution, we offer all the products and services that our members want. I feel the credit union has done a great job of this and look forward to working with the Board of Directors, employees, and members to continue making this a great place to conduct all your financial transactions.”
