Michigan Loses Army Sergeant

Governor Whitmer, has ordered flags in Michigan be flown at half staff today, to honor the memory of Army Sergeant 1st Class Raymond Haley, who lost his life in a car crash on February 20th.

Haley, was a Wyoming, Michigan native, and joined the Army in 2004.

He was part of the 101st Special Troops Battalion, stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

He will be laid to rest later today at the Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.

Flags will return to full staff tomorrow.
