Michigan Has New Marijuana Laws

The State of Michigan has two new marijuana laws on the books.

Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist signed House Bills 4126 and 4127 into law.

Bill 4126 required the Marijuana Regulation Agency  to include warnings on marijuana packaging for women who are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Bill 4127 Required the MRA to produce and provide pamphlets, that outline the dangers of marijuana use by minors and the poison control hotline number at the time of sale.

Governor Whitmer was out of state, allowing Gilchrist to temporarily take over.
