Man Arrested for Driving Stolen Car While Drunk

A 38-year-old man was arrested by Houghton County Sheriff’s deputies early this morning, following a traffic stop on US-41 in Osceola Township.

Deputies pulled the man over at 1:20 near the County Road intersection.

He was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and driving with a suspended license.

The man is being held in the Houghton County jail. His identity will be released following arraignment.
