Forty local children between the ages of 5 and 14 have been working throughout the week to put together a summer camp production of Peter Pan at Finlandia University. The children will perform the play at 2 and 6 p.m. Friday, June 14 in the Jutila Center’s LeRoy Keranen Conference Room, 323.
Compass Creative Dramatics, a Chicago-based touring theatre company, has been helping the students stretch their creativity and bravery muscles and be their silly, unique, energetic selves.
Performances are open to the community, tickets will be available at the door for $6 (12 and under free). Students will show off all the fun lessons and lines they’ve learned this week.
We hope you can join us as we show that sometimes all you need is faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust to have a fun adventure. Please reach out to Elyse Rosen at elyse.rosen@finlandia.edu with any questions.
