Little Brothers-Friends of the Elderly will hold its fall food drive Saturday.
The Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity will go door to door collecting non-perishable food donations in Houghton, Hancock, Atlantic Mine, South Range, Dodgeville, Hurontown, Ripley, Chassell, Calumet, Laurium, Dollar Bay, Hubbell and Lake Linden.
Organizers ask that you place your donation in a clearly marked bag or box, and leave it by your mailbox or at the front of your home by 8:00 Saturday morning. If your donation has not been collected by 3:00, call 482-6944 to arrange for a pickup.
Donations may also be dropped off at the Little Brothers office in Hancock.
Items needed include evaporated and condensed milk, canned fruit, creamed corn, beets, cake and brownie mixes, stewed tomatoes, pancake and cookie mixes, baked beans, chili beans, cranberry juice, V-8 juice, instant rice, stuffing, Graham crackers, Saltine crackers, sloppy joe sauce, Jell-O and Instant Pudding.
