Laurium Fire Department Gets Federal Grant

The Laurium Fire Department is getting more than a half-million dollars from the federal government.

The $525,142 will be used to purchase equipment, and provide training.

It comes from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Assistance to Firefighters Grants program.
