A Lake Linden woman facing embezzlement charges has accepted a plea agreement.
46-year-old Susan Dulong appeared in Houghton County Circuit Court Monday and pled No Contest to one count of Embezzlement from a vulnerable adult and one count of Attempted Illegal Use of a Financial Transaction Device.
Additional counts of Obtaining a Signature with Intent to Defraud and the Illegal Use of a Financial Transaction Device were dismissed.
Dulong had been accused of embezzling money from her father.
A sentencing date has been set for December 13th at 1:00pm.
