LaBine Sworn In As Hancock City Councilman

The council is now complete.

Ward III Councilman Paul LaBine was sworn in at Wednesday’s Hancock City Council meeting.

LaBine was appointed last month by the council after their were no candidates on the November ballot.

LaBine is a graduate of Michigan Tech with a Master’s Degree in Statistics and a law degree from Chicago.
