The Keweenaw National Historical Park Advisory Commission will convene for its regular quarterly meeting on Monday at 1:00pm at their park headquarters in Calumet.
The Advisory Commission is paneled by citizens appointed by the Secretary of the Interior and represents the public and works collaboratively with the National Park Service to advise and assist with managing the resources of Keweenaw National Historical Park.
The meeting will include the introduction of the Commission’s new Executive Director, Sean Gohman, an update on the work of the Commission and the National Park Service during the last quarter, and a discussion of the plans for the upcoming quarter.
The Commission’s quarterly meetings are open to the public.
