Keweenaw Convention and Visitors Bureau Renames, Rebrands

The Keweenaw Convention and Visitors Bureau has a new name, brand and website.

Henceforth, the organization will be known as Visit Keweenaw.

The new website address is VisitKeweenaw.com.

Visit Keweenaw Executive Director Brad Barnett says the new site will be more mobile-friendly. Sixty percent of the visits to the website originate from handheld devices.

Barnett says the updated business name better reflects the organization’s core mission, and is also a lot easier to say.

Along with the rollout, a new promotional campaign has been kicked off, using the theme “Adventure North.”
