The Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce held their 2019 Spark Plug Awards, which showcase local businesses, organizations, community projects and individuals, for their efforts and also celebrates community accomplishments.
Winners included Northern Hardwoods, in the Growth Category.
Customer Service Award, going to Keweenaw Adventure Company, Innovation/Transformation Award was given to REL, Inc.
Project of the Year went to Trauma Informed School of Public Schools of CLK.
Young Professional of the Year went to Doctor Rebecca Sebern of Copper Country Veterinary Clinic and Community Contributor of the Year Award went to Mark Lambert from U.P. Kids.
