The final figures are in from the recent Keweenaw Brewfest.
A spokesperson for the Keweenaw Community Foundation said that more than $41,000 was raised. That money will help support the Foundation’s operating expenses.
More than 1,100 people attended, and they tried 17,568 sample-sized beer portions. More than 60 breweries took part, with 238 different brew options.
Approximately 90 volunteers helped the event run smoothly.
