Johnson Turns His Focus To Defeating Bergman

On Tuesday, the former chair of Michigan’s Democratic Party won the 1st Congressional District Democratic primary.

Lon Johnson says he wants to create a place where families can “stay and succeed.”

The 1st District is large, made up of 32-counties in Michigan’s U.P. and northern-tip.

Johnson will go up against Republican Jack Bergman in November.
