Houghton County Confirms 2nd Case OF COVID-19

Houghton County now has a second confirmed case of COVID-19.

In a press release from the Western Upper Peninsula Health Department, a second case was confirmed late Monday evening.

Due to privacy laws, no further information is available.

To date, Houghton County has had 126 residents referred for testing, of those, we’ve had 10 cancelled tests,  2 positives, 108 negatives with 6 residents awaiting test results.
