Finlandia University is one of three higher education institutions in the Upper Peninsula to collaborate with a predictive analytics company.
Along with Lake Superior State University and Bay de Noc Community College, these three intuitions have enlisted the services of SightLine to analytically assess institutional financial aid allocations.
SightLine creates predictive algorithms that are tailored to each individual institution such as a student’s propensity to enroll and be retained.
It also creates new opportunities to support underserved student segments through improved financial aid strategies, guided by analytics.
SightLine solution projects at the three institutions began kick-off throughout the first half of this year.
