Health Department Offers Free Child Hearing and Vision Screenings

ATTENTION: Parents who have children entering pre-School,
kindergarten or home schooling:

Western U.P. Health Department is offering a free Vision and Hearing Screening at its office in L’Anse on August 10, and in Ontonagon on August 11, Hancock on August 15 and 16.

Vision and hearing screening helps identify possible hearing and
vision difficulties. If a potential problem is identified, a referral is
made to a specialist.
