Hancock Zoning Board to Consider Variances

The Hancock Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on two variance requests tonight. 

The first is a real setback variance at 1653 Portage Drive. The second is an R-1 residency variance at 814 West Water Street. 

The hearings will begin at 5:00 at city hall. The board will meet afterward to take action on the requests.
