Hancock Planning Commission to Discuss Wind, Solar Power Ordinance

The Hancock City Planning Commission will discuss a potential ordinance to govern the placement of solar and wind power generators in the city at its meeting tonight. 

The Commission is also scheduled to receive updates on the proposed police millage that will appear on the November ballot, and the Business and Technology Park.

The agenda also includes consideration of the zoning permit for the Keweenaw Co-op’s new location on Quincy Street.
