The search continues for a missing Hancock man and police are asking for your help finding him.

Police say 38 year old Duane Kangas went missing 3 weeks ago and neither him nor his vehicle have been seen since.

He was last seen at the Krist gas station in Houghton when he dropped is wife off for work. That was 3 weeks ago today.

Police say that Kangas’s wife reported him missing when he didn’t return to pick her up that evening.

Butler said, “On November 7th at approximately 10:00pm we were contacted by a local resident in Hancock to report Duane Kangas, her husband, was missing.”

Butler says that video surveillance confirms Kangas drove off in the family vehicle at around 1:00pm that afternoon.

Butler said, “Mr. Kangas was last seen leaving the Krist gas station in Houghton in a black Olds Bravada, Michigan Registration DGV3231, and we’re just asking that if anybody has any information please contact the Hancock Police Department.”

It’s reported that Kangas’s cell phone has not had any recent activity since his disappearance.
