The Portage Health Auxiliary is extending the grant application period until March 15th.
Grant applications are being accepted for funding for health and well-being projects.
The Auxiliary is a non-profit organization, whose mission is to serve the health and well-being of elderly and youth causes in Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw and Ontonagon Counties.
All requests for funding must be submitted on the Auxiliary’s grant application form. Forms can be picked up at The Guilded Rose Gift Shop, located in U P Health System-Portage, Hancock, or by contacting Barbara Worrall (phone 906-523-4445, or email gbworrall@live.com), or Connie Greenleaf (phone 906-487-9002, or email connie@chartermi.net).
Applications can be dropped off at The Guilded Rose Gift Shop, or mailed to Barbara Worrall-President, Portage Health Auxiliary, c/o The Guilded Rose Gift Shop, U P Health System, 500 Campus Drive, Hancock, MI, 49930. Applications must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2018 to be considered for funding. Late applications will not be considered.
