Governor Whitmer has extended two executive orders.
The first further extends the duration of protections for tenants and mobile home owners from being evicted through June 30th.
The second order, extends protections for vulnerable populations in county jails, local lockups and juvenile detention centers through July 9th.
Governor Whitmer said the extensions of the orders, Michigan’s vulnerable populations can isolate in the safety of their own homes, and allows the protection of incarcerated individuals.
