Gogebic Community College Supports Futures For Frontliners

Gogebic Community College is throwing their support behind Michigan’s “Futures for Frontliners” program.

Yesterday, Governor Whitmer announced the new program, which allows frontline COVID-19 workers, who don’t already have a degree, a chance to acquire a degree, free of charge through a community college.

Dr. George McNulty, Gogebic Community College President, said “Frontline workers in essential industries are heroes. GCC in partnership with the Futures for Frontliners Program will provide opportunities for people to pursue their career and personal dreams. This is a wonderful way to say thank you.”

Your application for the program must be turned in by 11:59pm on December 31st.
