Geborkoff Crowned Strawberry Queen, Turnquist Named Chassell Citizen of Year, Parade Awards Announced

Micaela Geborkoff reigns as this year’s Strawberry Queen, after a successful Copper Country Strawberry Festival Friday and Saturday in Chassell. At the competition Friday evening, Breigh Lawrence was named First Attendant, and Alethea Oakley completed the court as Miss Congeniality.

Shelby Turnquist was named Citizen of the Year.
