In an email to parents, Hancock School Superintendent Dr. Steve Patchin thanked everyone who attended this past weekend’s Graduation Ceremony.
It wasn’t easy, having to maintain strict social distancing guidelines and other compliance recommendations, but the ceremony went off beautifully.
He also mentioned a fundraiser, in the name of the late Barry Givens, which is being put on by his brother, Tim.
Funds collected will go to help outstanding lunch balances within the Hancock School District, to lend a hand to struggling families, especially when a reduced school budget is looming.
