Free Orthopaedic Screening Clinic Offered By Shriners Healthcare for Children

Shriners Healthcare for Children is offering a complimentary screening clinic in L’Anse later this month.

The Pediatric Orthopaedic Screening event will be held at the Baraga County Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, August 21st from 3:00-5:00pm.

Families with children with signs of an orthopaedic condition or in need of a second opinion are encouraged to attend.

Children will be evaluated to see if their bone, muscle, or joint problem is a treatable condition at Shriners Healthcare for Children—Twin Cities.

Shriners Healthcare for Children provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and rehabilitative care for children with orthopaedic conditions regardless of their ability to pay.

If a child requires follow-up care at the clinic, complimentary transportation may be available through the local Shrine Center upon request.
