Former Priest Faces Additional Charges

Attorney General Dana Nessel has announced former priest Gary Jacobs has been charged with two more counts of criminal sexual conduct, which he allegedly committed while serving in the Marquette Diocese in the early 80’s.

Jacobs was already charged with seven counts of criminal sexual misconduct, this past January.

He returned to Michigan from New Mexico, voluntarily to face the charges.

Jacobs is scheduled for a preliminary conference March 23rd at the Ontonagon County District Court.
