A North Dakota man is facing a murder charge in the death of a former Atlantic Mine man earlier this week.
24-year-old Dyson Bastian was killed in Williston, North Dakota on Monday when he and two others were allegedly run over by his neighbor in a truck.
42-year-old Steven Rademacher was arrested and charged with murder in Williams County and bond was set at $1 million.
Local news reports say Rademacher got into his truck after yelling at the group and then drove over the property line toward them, striking the three people before leaving the scene of the crash.
Rademacher is due to appear in court again for a preliminary hearing on August 28th.
