Finlandia to Upgrade Health Science Computer Center

An upgrade is coming to the Finlandia University College of Health Sciences computer center, thanks to some grant money.

The Harry A. and Margaret D. Towsley Foundation is providing $220,000 over five years to support health science education.

The first installment was used last year to install networking and infrastructure framework in Hirvonen Hall, along with new classroom furniture and video displays.

This year’s installment will provide new computers and furniture, with the goal of making the computer center a CHS learning center.
