The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has left in place an experimental program that allows fishermen to take up to 10 brook trout per day on selected Upper Peninsula rivers.
The expanded limit on the specified Type One trout streams originally expired when the 2019 summer season ended on September 30th. It will be in effect again when the 2020 season opens April 25th.
