Dollar Bay Man Facing Drug & Home Invasion Charges

A Dollar Bay man is facing charges after he was arrested while living at an unoccupied home of a relative in Bruce Crossing.

The Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office says they took the 27-year-old man into custody on Friday evening around 6pm on charges of home invasion and possession of marijuana.

The arrest stemmed from an initial Identity Theft Complaint.

He was lodged at the county jail on a ten percent of $10,000 bond.

The deputies were assisted by troopers from the Michigan State Police Wakefield and Calumet Posts.

The incident is still under investigation.
