The Citizens Climate Lobby presents SparkUP editor in chief Elise Matz, who will lead a discussion on possible changes underway with UPPCO and the ways those changes might affect residents in the region.
Matz is an experienced political staffer with long-standing involvement in policy issues impacting rural Michigan.
SparkUP is a new online publication about energy and the Upper Peninsula.
The discussion will be held today at the Portage Lake District Library starting at 5:30pm. All library events are free and everyone is welcome.
