Dial Help will be hosting a program for parents called Guiding Good Choices.
It’s geared toward parents of middle-school aged children and will teach how to effectively manage youth 9-14 years old, reduce adolescent problem behaviors, increase communication skills, improve parent or guardian and child interactions, bonding, and how to teach adolescents to resist peer influences.
The program begins on Tuesday, July 9th, and will meet for 5 weeks.
Sessions will be held at Saints Peter & Paul Lutheran Church in Houghton from 6:00-8:00pm.
There is no cost for the program, however, registration is required and space is limited.
To register or for more information, please call Mandy Daniels at (906)482-8701 or email at mdaniels@dialhelp.org
Guiding Good Choices is funded by the Northcare Network.
