The Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) workshop is returning to Laurium beginning on April 19th. The workshop helps people living with daily challenges of diabetes, learn skills and tools needed to improve their health and manage their symptoms. Subjects covered include: symptoms of diabetes, stress, managing fatigue and emotional problems, exercise, healthy eating, medications, and working with health care providers.
The six week class will meet on Thursday’s from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. beginning on April 19th; meeting at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital conference room, 205 Osceola St, Laurium, MI.
