The deadline to register exhibits to avoid a late fee for livestock, horses, and youth clubs for the Houghton County Fair is Wednesday, August 14th at 7:00pm.
The open youth and adult still exhibit registration deadline is Friday, August 16th at 6:00pm.
The fair office will be open from Noon to 3pm every weekday, with extended hours beginning at 9am on the 14th and 16th.
Exhibitors may also register online at houghtoncountyfair.com.
Admission passes can also be purchased at a reduced rate during these times at the office in the Houghton County Arena, or at Superior National Bank branches in Houghton County, Northwood’s Sporting Goods, Swift’s True Value Hardware, or the Bookworm during their business hours.
The Houghton County Fair Board will meet this evening at 7:00 in the SISU Room of the Houghton County Arena for their regular monthly meeting. The public is welcome to attend.
