COVID-19 Claims South Range 4th of July Celebration

South Range’s 4th of July Celebration falls victim to COVID-19.

From their Facebook page, the South Range 4th of July Committee has decided to cancel this year’s celebration, due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.

The possibility of an extension of Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home Stay Safe” Executive Order, also factored in the decision.

South Range joins Lake Linden and Hubbell-Tamarack in communities who have cancelled 4th of July celebrations.
