A group photo is planned for all those who were impacted by the Father’s Day Flood or who have volunteered in the relief effort.
The photo is meant to showcase the spirit of Copper Country Strong and will be distributed nationally along with information about the progress made since the flood.
Everyone is invited to take part in the group photo in the parking lot of UP Health System—Portage in Hancock on Tuesday, July 17th at 12:15pm.
The photo will be taken on the one-month anniversary of the flood.
This event will help raise awareness for the additional time and resources needed to continue with the clean-up efforts.
