Three highway construction projects are scheduled to begin today.
Chip sealing, crack and shoulder repair will be taking place on US-41 from Mohawk past Lac La Belle Road. Motorists can expect one-lane traffic under flag control. Work is scheduled to be completed by July 19th. See a map of the project area here.
US-45 from the Gogebic/Ontonagon county line to the Baltimore River will also undergo chip sealing, crack and shoulder repair. There will be one-lane of traffic under flag control with work expected to be finished by August 23rd. See a map of the project area here.
Crews will also be doing chip sealing, crack and shoulder repair work along M-95 from US-41 to south of Marquette County Road LLK with one-lane traffic under flag control. Estimated completion date of that project is July 19th. See a map of the project area here.
