Christopher Davidson will continue to serve as superintendent of the CLK School District.
At its meeting this week, the CLK board extended Davidson’s contract by a year.
The board accepted the retirement notices of fourth grade teacher Deborah Butler, eighth grade history teacher Cynthia Twardzik, and special education aide Catherine Rowe.
Board members saluted this year’s valedictorian, Olivia Wickstrom, and salutatorian Meliina Kesti. Wickstrom has a perfect 4.0 grade point average, and is the daughter of Jason and Jennifer Wickstrom of Calumet. Kesti has a 3.97 grade point average, and is the daughter of Kristi Kesti-Pieti and James Kesti, both of Calumet.
