The Copper Country ISD will be hosting an Open House at the newly renovated CTE Center Tuesday from 4-8pm on Quincy Street in Hancock.
The public is invited to come see the new classrooms, meet the teachers, students and see what the CCISD has to offer students in the Copper Country.
Display boards and videos of classes that are held outside the CTE Center will also be on display.
The public is also invited to see all the great opportunities offered to students in the Copper Country in the fields of Career and Technical Education.
While you are exploring the Career & Tech Center, students from the Auto Tech class will be on hand to conduct some basic vehicle inspections.
Students from the welding class will making some small metal items to give away to visitors.
Students from the Certified Nursing Assistant class will be on hand to take vital signs.
And finally, students from the Health Careers class will be offering younger visitors a handwashing activity as well as a sign-up for a future CPR course.
