Casperson Says There’s No Excuse For “War On Cops”

As the so-called “War on Cops” escalates across the nation, lawmakers in Michigan are joining community members in expressing support for law enforcement.

State Senator Tom Casperson says there can be no tolerance for violence against police officers.

Casperson believes that grievances between the community and those in law enforcement can be addressed peacefully.

Casperson says our country’s leaders need to step up and stop making excuses for the violence.

Five law enforcement officers were recently shot and killed in Dallas, Texas and three more in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
