Calumet Planning Commission to Consider Marijuana Rezoning Tonight

The Calumet village planning commission will consider the zoning changes necessary to proceed with opening up the village to recreational marijuana business at a special meeting tonight.

If the commission approves the changes, they will be forwarded to the village council for action.

The zoning changes must be put in place before a second ordinance governing marijuana businesses can be approved.
