Calumet Council to Discuss Downtown Property Issues

The Calumet Village Council will discuss downtown development and preservation tonight.

The agenda includes discussion about a Certified Local Government grant to stabilize the deteriorating Herman Flats Building on Sixth Street, and the future of the area on Fifth Street that is now empty, following the downtown fire in May of 2021.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 6:00 at village hall.
