Halloween is just 10 days away and there are several more ghostly events this weekend.
The annual Boo! On The Bay celebration takes place today from 4pm-7pm in downtown L’Anse.
Kids and families are invited to enjoy Trick or Treating at participating downtown merchants and there will be several games, as well as free horse drawn wagon rides and pony rides.
The Howl-O-Scream Haunted House will hold a tame version for young children at Meadowbrook Arena.
Then, at 7:30pm, they ramp up the fright until 11pm and Saturday from 7pm-11pm.
All aboard Saturday for the Ghost Train and Haunted House at the Houghton County Historical Museum in Lake Linden.
Participants are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
A mild version of the Ghost Train for children will run from 2:00 until 5:00.
A stronger version for those who are older and braver will run between 6:30 and 9:30.
The Hubbell firemen and auxiliary are holding their annual haunted house Saturday.
A non-scary version for young children will be held between 6:00 and 7:30.
A scarier version for teens and adults will be held between 7:30 and 9:00.
