Season Two of Biblio Bistro debuts today on social media pages for the Portage Lake District Library and the Portage Health Foundation.
The series is aimed at using local produce for preparing savory and nutritious meals.
The show is co hosted by Meghan Jasczak, Portage Health Foundation Community Health Educator, and Program Coordinator for the Portage Lake District Library, Michael Stanitis.
Stanitis has also served as a chef, and at one point, was a goat herder, who made his own cheese.

Stanitis added people will love to see what can be done with simple ingredients that can be picked up at any local grocery store or farmer’s market.
Shopping lists will be posted a week before a new episode airs, so you can be ready to cook a new dish in real time, with the hosts.
