Bergman Calls For Action On Asian Carp

There are reports that Asian Carp have been identified beyond the preventative electric barrier and dangerously close to the Great Lakes.

Congressman Jack Bergman is a co-sponsor of the Stop Asian Carp Now Act, calling on the Trump administration to release the results of a study to help develop a strategy to keep the invasive species out of the area.

Bergman said we have to act now to protect our waters, wildlife and habitats in the Great Lakes.

The legislation is said to have bipartisan support.
