Baraga County Commission to Meet a Week Early

The Baraga County Commission will hold its monthly meeting tonight – a week early, to avoid conflict with the firearm deer hunting season. 

The agenda includes consideration of a new contract with Tri-County Public Defenders to represent indigent defendants, and discussion about union contracts with sheriff’s department employees.
