Aspirus “Love Your Joints” & “Light the Night” Events This Week

Two Aspirus events are taking place this week.

The first is tomorrow at the Continental Fire Company in Houghton.

Aspiring Women presents ”Love Your Joints”, a free event starting at 5:30pm where you can get tips on how to keep your joints and bones strong, healthy and feeling great.

They do ask that you register in advance.

The Light the Night Fun Run/Walk will be held Saturday beginning in the courtyard of Aspirus Keweenaw in Laurium.

The 1K starts at 7:15pm and the 5K starts at 7:45pm.

Registration is $25 and the proceeds go to support the Childhood Cancer Fund.
