Aspirus Houghton Clinic to Close Early for Shooter Training

The Aspirus Houghton Clinic will close this afternoon at 4:00, so staff can undergo active shooter security training.

Houghton Police Chief John Donnelly says the incidence of such public attacks is rising.

He and other local law enforcement officers have undergone specialized training to deal with such attacks, and they’re sharing what they’ve learned with local schools, governments and businesses…
