Applications For Flood Victim’s Relief Now Available

Applications are now available for Flood with Love, the flood victim’s relief program from the Portage Health Foundation.

The fillable online application form can be found on the PHF website (phfgive.org) by going to the News and Events section along with many physical locations around Houghton County.

The application is the first step in PHF’s initiative – Flood with Love. Once applications are submitted, licensed contractors and building inspectors will be mobilized to assess each applicant’s home as well as using the assessments completed by the Damage Assessment Teams after the initial flood.

Applications need to be submitted to the PHF offices by 3:30 pm ET on July 27, 2018, in order to be eligible to receive funding.

PHF wants applicants to know that aid is not income based and that each application will be confidential.
